After meeting at Mendes de Morais Avenue, participants will board a minibus to the hill for the hang gliding experience. Instructors will provide the necessary equipment and instructions. Afterward, participants will run down the slope with an instructor and start flying!

Enjoy views of the jungle, beaches, and city monuments while flying over Rio de Janeiro. Experience the thrill and freedom of flying while admiring the Christ the Redeemer? statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and surrounding landscapes. The flight will last approximately 6-10 minutes, landing on São Conrado beach.

Hang gliding & trekking

For a combined adventure, book the option that includes hang gliding, GoPro photos and videos, and a guided trekking route through the Pedra Bonita trail in Tijuca National Park. This option lasts 1.5 hours and does not include transfers, starting from Mendes de Morais Avenue.
