Capri Day Trip

Writers, artists and intellectuals from across the ages have fallen in love with the history, nature, hospitality and culture of Capri. Now it's your turn to discover the myths and legends surrounding the island and its Blue Grotto, an incomparable experience.

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at viale Giorgio Washington or pick you up at your hotel in Rome. We'll travel south via the 'Sun Motorway', passing through the Italian countryside and the Castelli Romani area.

Upon arrival in Naples, you'll board a ferry for a 45-minute journey to Marina Grande, Capri's port. We'll enjoy a guided tour, exploring the town’s center and visiting the Piazatta with views of the cliffs.

Next, we'll visit the Blue Grotto, known for its enchanting blue light, a result of sunlight filtering through the cave.

On our return to Naples, you can admire notable sites such as Maschio Angioino, Certosa di San Martino, and the Royal Palace.

The tour concludes back in central Rome, after 14 hours.

During the booking process, choose from a tour without pickup, with pickup, or a self-guided tour:

Tour without Pickup

Meet at 6:45 am in front of viale Giorgio Washington, at the entrance to metro line A of Villa Borghese park.

Tour with Pickup

For the tour with pickup, we will collect you from your hotel in Rome. If your accommodation lacks 24-hour reception, choose the tour without pickup and arrive at 6:45 am.

Self-Guided Tour

The self-guided tour includes an English-speaking tour assistant who will issue roundtrip ferry tickets. Meet them at viale Giorgio Washington to explore Capri independently.

Partial Changes

If weather conditions prevent a visit to the Blue Grotto, we will replace it with a visit to the Faraglioni rocks. If the boat trip cannot occur, a land tour of the island will be conducted.
