The guided tour of the Colosseum starts next to the Colosseo metro station, at the Via dei Fori Imperiali exit. After an introduction, we will enter the Colosseum of Rome, inaugurated in 80 A.D. The Colosseum can hold up to 50,000 spectators. We will also view the arena area, where gladiators once fought.
The Flavian Amphitheater hosted various spectacles, declared one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World. The 1.5-hour tour concludes outside the Colosseum, allowing for photos in front of this iconic monument.
