The Outside Space

This area highlights the history of elBulli and the work of the Bullinianos over 50 years. It includes outdoor installations reflecting on cuisine and innovation. Visitors can learn about the Sapiens Methodology and Bullipedia, as well as travel back to the Palaeolithic era to explore culinary origins.

The Historic Building

Visitors gain access to the historic building that housed the elBulli restaurant for 50 years. This part of the tour explains the case of elBulli as a company and how innovation was applied through food.

The Interdisciplinary Relations

This section showcases what elBulli learned from disciplines such as science, journalism, photography, writing, architecture, and art. It includes publications, diagrams, notebooks, and exhibitions that reflect elBulli's influence.
