After pick-up from the Hotel Plaza in Sorrento, the tour heads to a rural setting for the pizza workshop. Participants will learn about essential ingredients from an expert chef before engaging in hands-on cooking.

The workshop begins with the production of dough, where participants will learn techniques from the experts. Following this, ingredients will be added under the guidance of the pizza chef, focusing on Sorrento's traditional pizza methods.

While the pizza bakes, participants can sample various types of pizza made by professional chefs. After tasting, participants will assess their own creations before returning to the meeting point, now equipped with authentic pizza skills.
