Meet at 12 pm at the Plaza Acuario in Veracruz to take transport to San Juan de Ulúa. Upon arrival at this small island next to Veracruz port, we will begin the guided tour to explore this 500-year-old fortress.

San Juan de Ulúa was notorious as a prison. We will learn about the conditions for prisoners and visit their cells to understand their reality.

You will hear stories about Chucho el Roto and the Mulatto of Córdoba, two legendary inmates, and the fascinating history surrounding them.

We will also visit the Tower of San Pedro for impressive views of the coast and the port, a perfect opportunity for souvenir photographs.

After the tour, we will transport you back to Plaza Acuario, with an arrival time of approximately 30 minutes.
