Tuxtlas and Catemaco Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Veracruz before heading south towards Santiago Tuxtla. This town is famous for housing the largest Olmec head in the south of the country.

After strolling through Santiago Tuxtla's Benito Juarez Park, we'll head to Eyipantla Falls, with a drop of more than 160 feet (50 meters). We'll take a walk through the lush jungle vegetation and admire the natural beauty of this waterfall.

Our journey continues to the town of Catemaco. Upon arrival, we'll board a boat for a trip on the Laguna Encantada (Enchanted Lagoon). We'll explore the waters and visit islets, such as Monkey Island and Heron Island, where you'll meet the inhabitants.

After the boat ride, you'll have about one and a half hours of free time to explore local restaurants and taste the cuisine.

Once you've finished lunch, we'll return to Veracruz, where we'll drop you off at your hotel at 8:30 pm.
